Excellent introduction to whitewater rafting - fun for everyone from 6 - 90.


This 2 hour round trip departs from Jasper 3 times daily at 9 am, 1 pm and 3:30 pm. 

An excellent introduction to white water rafting.  Travelling approximately 9 km, you encounter many Class 2 white water rapids.  In rain or shine, people from ages 6 (minimum) through 90 have greatly enjoyed this memorable experience.

You will be picked up at our designated meeting area and transported to the put in site, 8 km south of Jasper town site.   This trip will take approximately 2 hours (1 hour water time).  Designated pickup point is on Hazel Avenue, south side of the railroad tracks in the RV (recreational vehicle) parking lot.  Times are mountain daylight savings (Alberta) time.

* We provide national park licensed guides, wet suits, life jackets, paddle jackets, neoprene booties. Wind pants, touques, neoprene mitts are available for inclement weather. All you need to bring is enthusiasm, a bathing suit or shorts and a T-shirt.  Rain or Shine this trip is fun for ages 6 and up.

Great canyon views and extended white water enjoyment.


This 3.5 hour round trip departs from Jasper 3 times daily at 9 am, 12 pm and 3:30 pm. 

This run (approximately 12 km) contains numerous Class 2 white water rapids.  Beginning at the base of the Athabasca Falls, the paddler is challenged by rapids and enchanted by magnificent scenery in a canyon setting.

You will be picked up at our designated meeting area and transported to the put in site, 30 km south of Jasper town site.   This trip will take approximately 3.5 hours (1.5 hour water time).   Designated pickup point is on Hazel Avenue, south side of the railroad tracks in the RV (recreational vehicle) parking lot.  Times are mountain daylight savings (Alberta) time.

* We provide national park licensed guides, wet suits, life jackets, paddle jackets, neoprene booties. Wind pants, touques, neoprene mitts are available for inclement weather. Sunwapta River ...........................................................................................

Approx. 10 km

Challenging for physically active adventure seekers.


This 2 hour round trip departs from the parking lot 300 m (0.3 km) south of the Sunwapta Falls Resort on Hwy 93.  Departs 3 times daily at 8:30am, 12:45 pm and 2:45 pm.

This river is aptly named Sunwapta (turbulent waters).  The first half of the trip is gentle and scenic paddling.  The latter portion presents sustained white water up to Class 3.  This run is very challenging and is tailored for those who are physically fit and strong swimmers.

Participants must be able to wear a PFD (life jacket) rated for people weighing between 50 lbs. - 230 lbs. or 22kg. - 105kg. As a further guideline all of the equipment is suitable for people who fit within the X-small to XXXL range size.

Participants considering this trip should be aware that each participant must be capable of helping to carry the raft and equipment over rough terrain for approximately 10 minutes at both the start and end of the trip. This means that each member of the crew (adult or youth) will be required to carry approximately 15 kg (35 lbs).

The signature of each participant is required to confirm that the above has been both read and understood.  Times are mountain daylight savings (Alberta) time.
